Plain description of the data this platform holds and who can read it.
Your email address, name, and the area you work in. Your email is held by Supabase, which runs sign-in; the rest sits in the platform's own database.
Your comp card: photographs, height, weight, shoulder, waist, shirt, pants and shoe sizes, hair and eye colour, your introductory video, past events you list, and your date of birth. Also your saved preferences and the hours you say you can work.
Who can see it: you, and any agent you have applied to. Nobody else — not other talent, and not agents you have never applied to. This is enforced by the database, not by which screen you happen to be on. Your date of birth is never shown to an agent; only whether you are old enough to book.
Your agency name and the calls you post. Open calls are visible to talent; the exact address of a call is visible only to the people you confirm on it.
Direct messages are readable by the two people in the thread. A thread can only exist once an application does.
Deleting your account removes your profile, photos, video, applications, preferences and messages — everything cascades from the account record. Ask the operator of this site to delete it; self-service deletion is not built yet.
